Giống như tên gọi, sofa giả da là sản phẩm được làm từ chất liệu da công nghiệp. Tùy vào từng kết cấu khác nhau mà chất liệu da được tạo thành cũng riêng biệt. Khác với ghế sofa da thật được lấy từ da bò, da cừu tự nhiên thì sofa giả da có chất lượng riêng.

1. Sofa giả da là gì?

Tấm da công nghiệp được làm từ tấm vải lót dệt kim hoặc sợi polyester. Tấm vải này được nhuộm nhựa PVC thường là 1-2 lớp theo từng kết cấu khác nhau để tạo liên kết cho vải và nhựa. Sau khi đã nhuộm hoàn thành thì người ta sẽ gia công định hình tạo vân cho bề mặt.
